Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped via UPS Ground, or, USPS when able (pistols, unprimed brass, bullets).
Primers and Gun Powder require UPS Ground hazmat shipping by a certified hazmat shipper. Hells Canyon Mountain Sports is a Certified and Approved hazmat shipper.
We do combine shipping on multiple purchases at checkout. The highest rated shipping item will be charged and the other items will be shipped with no additional fees with the highest shipping rated item combined in one shipment.
All Firearms ship FFL to FFL. HCMS is a licensed FFL Holder and Business.
Direct address (no PO Boxes) are required for all non-firearm shipments.
Shipping Limitation Policy
We are unable to ship ammunition and gun powder to individuals in the following states: Alaska, California (except FFL Shipments), Connecticut, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York State (except FFL shipments), Washington, DC.
Approved Alaska and Hawaii shipments will incur additional shipping fees following checkout due to additional shipping costs involved. A separate invoice for the additional shipping fees will be e-mailed following the initial sale.
We do NOT sell or ship internationally.
Sales, Product Use & Return Policy

All sales are Final. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to know if the item(s) they are purchasing are legal to own and have shipped to their designated shipping address. It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all items prior to use. Hells Canyon Mountain Sports assumes no responsibility for the misuse of products purchased. Hells Canyon Mountain Sports assumes no responsibility for reloading components assembled should they fail or cause injury. Reloading can be dangerous and all best practices should be followed including inspecting items thoroughly prior to loading and following reloading guidelines outlined in professional reloading manuals. Returns will only be accepted for merchandise found defective upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise. If the merchandise is found to be defective, Hells Canyon Mountain Sports will provide a replacement of the defective merchandise or a full refund if a replacement is not available.
